Mutify is an impressive app that effectively silences ads on Spotify. It is completely free and operates seamlessly in the background.

Whenever an ad is detected on Spotify, Mutify automatically reduces the volume, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music without the interruption of loud ads.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• • You MUST enable 'Device Broadcast Status' in Spotify settings for Mutify to work.
• • Please add Mutify to the battery saving exceptions list to ensure uninterrupted background operation (optional).

FEATURES:

Note: Mutify is not an ad blocker for Spotify; it simply lowers the device's volume when an ad is playing. It does not interfere with your Spotify app or require unnecessary permissions to function.

• • Spotify Lite is NOT supported! It does not have the 'Device Broadcast Status' feature needed for Mutify to work.
• • Mutify does NOT support casting devices, as it cannot control volume for those devices. However, if your casting device supports Bluetooth pairing, Mutify should work for you!

Kindly refrain from sending unnecessary feature requests that do not pertain to the app's core functionality. As a fellow Spotify fan, I believe that this app can greatly enhance the music listening experience for those who cannot currently afford Spotify premium. However, if you wish to fully enjoy the music listening experience, I highly recommend getting a Spotify premium subscription. Trust me, it's worth it!
